What if I do not know where to start?

That is exactly what the quiz is for. It asks a few simple questions about your situation and points you to the right guide. No pressure and no purchase required. You can take it as many times as you need to.

What format are the guides in?

All guides are delivered as downloadable PDFs. You will receive a download link by email immediately after your purchase is complete. If you do not see it within a few minutes please check your spam folder and then reach out to us at hello@mynextstepsupport.com.

Do I need all three guides?

Not necessarily. The quiz will help you figure out which one fits your situation best. That said, most people who start with one guide end up finding the other helpful too. The Complete Estate Guide gives you both plus additional resources at a better price than buying them separately.

What if I already started the process?

That is okay. Our guides meet you wherever you are. Even if some steps have already been taken, having a clear picture of the full process helps you catch anything that might have been missed and feel more confident moving forward.

Do I need a lawyer?

That depends on your situation. Our guides will help you understand whether and when legal help is likely necessary. Some estates are straightforward enough that you may not need an attorney right away. Others do require one. We will always be honest with you about that.

What is probate and do I need it?

Can I get a refund?
